As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an organized, proactive and creative Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team.
The position
As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination and follow-up of marketing projects for Trusted Developer and its clients. You will help ensure that tasks, content and deliverables are completed on time and according to the agreed requirements.
You will communicate with clients and team members, coordinate ongoing activities and contribute ideas to strengthen campaigns and digital content.
Your responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up on marketing projects and daily tasks
Communicate with clients regarding requests, feedback and project updates
Help plan and coordinate social media content and campaigns
Organize tasks, priorities, deadlines and approvals
Monitor the progress of deliverables and follow up with team members
Review content and creative materials before they are submitted to clients
Support the preparation of content plans, presentations and reports
Identify delays or challenges and help find practical solutions
Maintain clear and organized project information
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content and digital projects
Use AI and other digital tools to improve productivity and support project execution
Your profile:

Strong communication and client-service skills
Experience with social media and digital content
Able to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
Comfortable following up with clients and team members
Creative, responsible and solution-oriented
Comfortable using AI and digital productivity tools
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Eager to learn and develop professionally
Additional skills are a plus:
Graphic design and content creation
